These terms govern your use of the La Tavola Italiana website, our online ordering service and our table reservation service. By placing an order or requesting a reservation you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

La Tavola Italiana is an independent family-run restaurant. La Tavola Italiana, Via Della Pasta 42, Roma, Italia · reservation@latavola.com · (555) 123-4567. Any reference to “we”, “us” or “the restaurant” in these terms refers to La Tavola Italiana.

2. Reservations

A reservation request submitted through this website is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or text message from us. Tables are held for 15 minutes after the reserved time. If you are running late, please call us so we can do our best to keep your table.

For parties of eight or more we may ask for a card guarantee and offer a set menu. We will always tell you this before confirming.

3. Cancellations and no-shows

You can cancel or change a confirmed reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked time by replying to your confirmation or calling us. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking, and no-shows, are charged $15 per guest to the card provided. Beyond that point no refunds can be issued.

4. Online orders

Orders placed through this website are requests that we confirm by text message during opening hours, usually within 10 minutes. Prices shown on the menu include VAT. Payment is taken on pickup or on delivery by card, cash or Satispay.

Delivery is available within 5 km of the restaurant and is free on orders over €40; a €4 fee applies to smaller orders. Estimated ready times are indicative and may vary on busy evenings.

If a dish is unavailable we will offer a substitute or remove it from your order before confirming. Once an order is confirmed and preparation has begun it cannot be cancelled.

5. Allergies and dietary requirements

Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, shellfish and other allergens. Please tell us about any allergy or intolerance in the notes field of your reservation or order, and again when you arrive. While we take every care, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free of a given allergen.

6. Menu and pricing

Menu items, prices and opening hours may change without notice. The menu published on this website is provided for information; the menu in the restaurant on the day prevails.

7. Intellectual property

All text, photographs, recipes and design on this website belong to La Tavola Italiana or are used under licence. You may share links to our pages, but you may not reproduce our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Liability

We provide this website as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from the unavailability of the website, from errors in published information, or from delays in confirming orders or reservations. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Privacy

Personal data you provide through our forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies is explained in the Cookie Policy.

10. Changes and contact
